Albert’s journey building Promix started at the University of Florida. He was a track and field athlete while earning a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology, bachelors in both Food Science & Human Nutrition and Human performance, and licensure as a Registered Dietitian. Albert became the dietitian to multiple olympic medalists, and found that to get the product quality and effectiveness he needed, he would have to start from the ground up. Albert opened his own certified facility, allowing him to buy ingredients directly from producers, as well as to formulate and package all the products himself.
