Prep time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Yield: 9 cups
- 1.5 cup Pascha Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 tablespoon refined coconut oil
- 1/3 cup Oat Haus Vanilla Granola Butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
Directions:
- Line a muffin tin with muffin paper liners. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Scoop 1 tbsp of melted chocolate on the bottom of each liner. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- While the chocolate freezes, prepare the filling ingredients by combining granola butter and coconut flour in a small bowl.
- Scoop 1 tbsp of filling on top of frozen chocolate layer. Flatten slightly into circular shape. Freeze for 5 minutes to set.
- Scoop another 1-2 tbsp of chocolate on top. Freeze for another 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
- Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
