S'mores Fudge


A fudge filled twist on a classic summer treat.  Introducing...S'mores Fudge

Prep time: 10 minutes

Chill Time: 30 minutes


1/2C @addjoi almond base

¼ C coconut milk, full fat

5 tbsp refined melted Spectrum Naturals Unrefined Organic Coconut Oil

1 tsp of Beyond Good Extract vanilla  

⅓. Pascha Organic Vegan Extra Bitter-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips  

1/3C crushed @enjoylife Vanilla Graham cookies

1/3C organic Marshmallow crème (store bought or homemade) 


  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, prepare the wet ingredients: almond base, coconut milk, oil, maple syrup and vanilla 
  3. Stir in chocolate chips and crumbled graham cookies 
  4. Pour into loaf pan. Use a table spoon to dollop marshmallow crème on top. Swirl in with a knife or toothpick.
  5. Add more crushed cookies and chocolate chips on top.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer
