Courtney's Cookies came to life through a simple experiment in the kitchen. Courtney, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, was testing some recipes with TigerNut flour and created her original Chocolate Chip Cookie. She shared her cookies with friends and family and everyone's reaction was the same: "These are incredible, you should sell these!". Courtney's mission is to raise awareness around the quality of food we eat while simultaneously getting rid of the negative stigma that healthy food doesn't taste good.
